Andrew Fishwick of The Truscott Arms, Maida Vale
Enjoy a Carte Blanche tasting menu created by John, Jimmy & team cooked using the bang in Season produce The Staith House is famous for cooking.
Andrew will be joining us from The Truscott Arms, Maida Vale. The Truscott Arms won the coveted ‘Wine List of the Year’ award at the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropub Awards 2016 and boasts an extensive range of wine including 20 Reds and White by the glass from all over the world. This forward thinking, hand picked wine list has an extremely interesting selection with some featuring from more unexpected corners of the world.
Andrew will be carefully selecting and pairing some of his award winning wine list with our seasonal tasting menu and of course sharing his expertise in our relaxed, informal surroundings.

Steven Smith of The Freemasons at Wiswell
Highly regarded as one of the best culinary talents in the North West Chef patron Steven Smith heads up the team at The Freemasons at Wiswell. Steve’s Lancashire eatery holds the no1 Pub spot in The Good Food Guide 2 years running 2015/2016, 3 AA Rosettes & is 6th in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs 2016.
The Freemasons signature is their style, its British pub food taken to a whole new level.
Steven will join our lads in the kitchen to recreate some of the dishes which have made him No1 in the Good Food Guide providing our guests with an exciting Carte Blanche tasting menu ousing with Steve’s signature style.

Anton Piotrowski of the Treby Arms
Anton Piotrowski joins us from the 1 Michelin Starred Treby Arms in Devon Anton and John share common ground both having been finalists on Masterchef the professionals. Anton went on to become joint winner of the competition in 2012.
Anton aka the Ginger Chef shares our passion for fresh seasonal menus made from the best local produce on offer. With food cooked to an exceptionally high standard its easy to see why Anton and his team have won a whole host of top accolades since taking over the country Inn in 2011.
John, Jimmy and Anton look forward to creating an innovative menu in the style Anton has became known for.

Andrew Pern of The Star Inn
What more can you say about the legendry Andrew Pern? A true innovator of great cooking in pubs and the original Gastropub movement. Holder of a Michelin Star and winner of multiple industry accolades including 3 Cateys Andrew is Chef proprietor of the renowned The Star Inn in Harome, North Yorkshire.
Andrew has proven a great career influence and inspiration to John who spent some of his earlier career alongside Andrew at The Star Inn.
This evening will see John And Andrew cooking together again for the 1st time for more than a decade.
